Do you remember the days when fathers and sons made soap box derby cars or moms and daughters made doll houses? At our 'Pirates in the Park' party we gave each family cardboard boxes, construction paper, newspaper, markers and a pattern. They laughed with each other, worked as a team, and created their very own pirate ships. A pirate parade and a pinata full of eye patches, tattoos, and gold coin chocolates completed the fun.
